In 2024, we're looking at a big shift with Google and Yahoo. ǞǞǞ email authentication practices that have long been considered 'good to do' are now being upgraded to 'must-dos.'

Bird遵守电子邮件要求

作为Bird 用户,您可以少操心一件事--我们已经为您处理好了新要求。

要求 1: Set up SPF and DKIM email authentication for your domain.

Bird 通过强制使用有效的 DKIM 密钥和 SPF 记录,确保所有邮件都符合要求。

要求 2: Ensure that sending domains or IPs have valid forward and reverse DNS records (PTR records).

所有Bird IP(包括我们 BYOIP 计划中的 IP)都包含 PTR 记录。这些记录确认发送主机名与发送 IP 地址相关联,而且我们所有的主机名都有正确指向各自发送 IP 地址的 DNS 转发条目。


要求 3: Use a TLS connection for transmitting email.

为确保客户获得最佳的安全性和稳定性,Bird 支持 TLSv1.1 或更高版本。


要求 4: Format messages according 到 Internet Message Format standard (RFC 5322).

Bird 与 RFC 5322 完全一致。

要求 5: If you regularly forward email, including using mailing lists or inbound gateways, add ARC headers to outgoing email. 

由于Bird 并非作为继电器运行,因此这一要求并不适用。


要求 6: Marketing messages and subscribed messages must support one-click unsubscribe, and include a clearly visible unsubscribe link in the message body.

Bird adheres to this requirement by employing the 'mailto' in the List-Unsubscribe header, considered a one-click solution. We will be adding an HTTPS URL alongside the 'mailto' in our unsubscribe header by February 1st along with the List-Unsubscribe-Post header.

客户的责任

  1. 管理垃圾邮件率: Keep spam rates below 0.10% and avoid reaching 0.30% or higher.

    Avoid deliverability issues caused by spam traps with our 综合指南, which covers the different types and sources of traps and provides recommendations for resolving them.
     

  2. 包含退订链接: Ensure each message has a visible unsubscribe link in the body to improve recipient engagement and efficiency.


  1. DMARC 电子邮件验证: According to Google's guidelines, if your daily email volume exceeds 5,000 messages, it is recommended to establish a DMARC record for your sending domain. However, it is considered a best practice to implement a DMARC record for all sending domains, regardless of email volume.  A recommended initial configuration is to set the policy to "none”.  In addition, ensure there is alignment of the sender's From: header with either the SPF domain or the DKIM domain.
